To access all of the Quick Credit Score membership programme benefits, simply enter your membership ID and postcode above to log in. Your membership ID is your membership number and is emailed to the email address that you provided to Quick Credit Score when you joined.

How do I get my Callcredit credit report?
That's easy. You can get your Callcredit credit report using the services provided by Quick Credit Score by going to the Home page and logging in.

Why do I need to re-enter my details to view my Callcredit credit report once I log in?
Information held about you by Callcredit is very sensitive data and requires secure validation by Callcredit to enable them to verify your identity before they grant access.
The first time you wish to view your report you will be asked to enter your full name, full current address, select a secure password and to answer a memorable question from a drop down list.
You will also be asked to enter your card details to make sure your details match your credit data. You will not be charged by Callcredit, but there will be a 10p deduction and immediate refund, made by Callcredit, on that card to verify it is valid.

How many times can I look at it?
Once your details have been verified, Callcredit allows members of Quick Credit Score to look at their Callcredit credit report and score as often as they like, so members can check it regularly, just as you would check a bank statement or bills.

Will I have to provide any additional verification information?
In order to ensure the security of the credit report and credit information services provided by Callcredit Limited, you many need to provide directly to Callcredit some personal information only you know. Some of this identification might include providing previous addresses, employers or even the name of your auto finance company.

What personal information do you hold about me?
We only hold information about your membership such as your name, address, telephone number and billing details. Information regarding your credit report or score is held by Callcredit. What do I need to join the Quick Credit Score membership Programme?
To join Quick Credit Score, you need to agree to the terms and conditions of membership and the membership scheme’s Privacy Policy. You also need to enter your personal information, including your payment card details. We need this information as Quick Credit Score is a subscription based online membership programme.

Why do I have to provide my credit/debit card information?
Quick Credit Score is a membership programme; we need your information for billing purposes if you decide to remain in the programme after the 10 day free trial. You may cancel your membership at any time. You are required to provide a credit/debit card in order for Callcredit to verify your identity.

I did not pass the programme authentication, will I be charged?
No. If you were redirected to a Quick Credit Score screen that told you the product was unavailable to you or some of your information was not accepted, you will not be enrolled to the 10 day free trial. If you enrol to the trial you may have to provide further information to Callcredit to get direct access to your Callcredit credit report and score.

How long does membership last?
Membership to the Quick Credit Score programme lasts from the time that you enrol until the time that you inform us that you wish you cancel your membership. There is no minimum membership term.

How do I cancel my membership?
If you would like to cancel your membership, log in using your Membership ID and postcode and follow the link to ‘My Account’ page. You can then click where instructed to discontinue your membership. Or you can contact us here

Is your site secure
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to ensure that when you are logged in and viewing your Callcredit credit report and score your information is fully secure. When you place a request to access your Callcredit credit report online and provide required credit card information, the SSL scrambles or encrypts your information before it is processed.

What do I do after I sign up?
You should receive an email in the email account that you provided when you subscribed to the programme, welcoming you to the Quick Credit Score membership programme, along with details of your membership ID.
If for some reason you have not received your welcome email, be sure to first check your spam folder. Your membership ID is what allows you to login to the Quick Credit Score membership programme website to gain direct access to your credit report and score provided by Callcredit Limited, along with all of your other membership benefits.

In order to change an address on file, you must log into Quick Credit Score membership website. From there simply visit out Contact Us page, in order to send an email that includes your name membership ID number, old address and new address.

Can a spouse be monitored on the same account?
No, because your membership is based upon your own personal information and therefore only one individual can be on a single account.
If your spouse or family members are interested in accessing their Callcredit credit report and scores, they must separately join the Quick Credit Score membership programme.

Do you have a copy of my report?
Adaptive Affinity and Quick Credit Score do not hold copies of or have access to credit reports. The transaction of your report remains confidential between you and Callcredit Limited as the credit reference agency providing the credit report.
